I just installed this head unit final week. And to tell you the truth it's operating normally with no difficulties. I see some comments, that are saying following 3 months to a year it begins to have issues. I guess I'll have to wait to see what takes place. The top issue that I like about this unit is that it shock absor... I live in New York and the roads are not that fine (pot holes, bumps and and so on...). The unit holds it's on. So far so decent it is as well early to go complete blast, we see what takes place after three months to a year, I will post the verdict.

I purchased the Dual DVDN9131 at Wal-mart on 1-23-ten. Now is three-6-ten and I just shipped it back to Dual to be fixed or replaced. The unit worked fine when I initial installed it, but now when I try to use the blue tooth to make phone calls individuals cannot have an understanding of what I am saying. My voice is Garbled like I am talking below water or one thing. I contacted Dual customer support and they told me to ship it back for repair or replace. I don't know what to count on from here, I have in no way owned any Dual products just before. This radio appears to be a great unit, I just hope they take care of the trouble in a timley manner.
