I have had the identical issue with importing the telephone book. It does not function. However, the sound comes via the automobile speakers just fine and the clarity is remarkable. The manual says the phonebook importation is an problem with the phone. I can tell you that it imported just fine on our Pioneer... so the situation is not the phone (LG-ENV3). Nonetheless, I believe the unit is worthwhile and it is good to have on long trips. For around $50, I would purchase it again. It would be nice to get the phonebook concern straightened out!
I recived my Jensen BTM15 bluetooth Module yesterday and I installed it in about ten to 15 mins. I all I can say is that it works Awesome! The sound is clear and sharp. Streaming the audio by way of bluetooth is also outstanding. The model radio that I am using isthe Jensen VM9224 and I am able to see my phonebook on my radio as well as missed calls and dailed calls. Just as a FYI if you notice that your phonebook is not downloaded into the radio give it some time for the reason that it will eventualy show up. I hope my evaluation helps you on your selection.
