I haven't had this factor for long but so far my knowledge has been great. I had been employing off-brand stereos up until I bought this and I was completely amazed at how much improved the sound excellent was just after they installed it.
Even in my old '91 Accord with stock speakers, this thing gets LOUD and the sounds is clear and crisp. The Equilizer is simple but beneficial and it's very easy to alter the custom setting with out seriously even seeking so you do not have to be concerned about driving unsafely.
The style is good and solid and the detachable face plate basically houses all the controls so the stereo is useless when you take it with you (some off brands do not do this).
The knob is the volume manage, not the radio tuner. I personally really like for the knob to be volume so you can immediately turn it down if you get pulled more than or anything.
Overall I am rather pleased with this stereo, the sound good quality is certainly incredible for the price. The reality that you can burn MP3 CDs and have as quite a few as 300 songs per CD is a main plus. Added to that is the truth that it has a 3mm AUX Jack in the front so you can listen to ANY MP3 player or music device that also has a 3mm output through a male-to-male 3mm cable!(You can play iPods, Portable Cassette players, Portable CD Players, Portable DVD players and so on.).
