I purchased it last month, and had installed instantly. I have not upgraded my factory speakers, but the raise in sound high quality was right away noticible. The touch screen has the suitable sensativity in my opinion. The excellent of the dvd image is Remarkable. Looks no unique than a smaller sized version of my 50 inch Samsung Plasma. Tom Tom plugs quickly into the port and displays perfectly. Has a hook up for a rear back up camera, that can be activated by a simple touch of the screen. Cd player functions excellently. Plays multimedia, so hook up any device you can assume of, and dj from the passenger seat. Those who are intending to purchase need to comprehend the the screen flips upward. Be cautious of what it could block in the approach. If you have vents above your deck region, I would advise you to decide on a further radio. I purchased it for a 2001 Dodge Conversion Van, and the only concern I have is the gearshift, which I must pull toward myself, to let the screen to go up without being blocked. DVD player has a block that does not let it to play though vehicle is in gear, but I hear that there is a way around it (wink wink), but attempt not to allow it to distract the driver. I also bought a 20 inch Fold down Pyle Television, which is connected to my radio, so I can show the dvd's there, and fold down the screen in the front so the driver is not disturbed. I bought this receiver in December 2009 and had it professionally installed. Inside 3 month even so it wouldn't work any longer. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to the manufacturer considering that the return window had currently closed. It took me over a month to finally get a return authorization code that I had to have to return the receiver for repair. I got the income order they needed to spend for the shipping fees from their finish, shipped it out on my own expenses, and, got it back yesterday (right after 3 weeks), with the note that no defect was located. So, I went back to get it reinstalled, and, guess what, nonetheless not working. It receives power but that is it. By now I had the expenses of the item (plus sh) and an additional $50.- for the expenses to get it repaired, and nevertheless no working product. The manufacturer's guaranty that Amazon refers to clearly is not worth something, as you have to spend all the sh, which can get particularly costly. So now I am stuck with having paid over $300.- for a receiver that only worked for 3 month, and will have to order one more receiver (which I will NOT acquire by way of Amazon for the reason that of their disastrous return policy).
